If you wish to return items purchased on our website, it’s your right to do so within 14 days of receiving the order. We will only accept the product in the same condition as it leaved our warehouse. During that 14 day time it’s permitted to try and handle the product as you would in a physical store. We will never accept the return of an item with the sealed package opened.

In the case that you use Certified Postal Service to return the product, it can take a few days to two weeks for the ítem to arrive back to our warehouse. All returns are the responsibility of the customer until they reach us and shipment must have a tracking number.

In the unlikely case that you receive the order in bad condition, report it immediately to the courier company. We cannot do anything if you do not report in the first 24h after you receive the package. Taking a picture of the bad state of the shipment and not to accept the package is the best way to proceed, as the courier company will return it to our warehouse. Once we’ve checked the bad state of the product, we’ll ship to you a new package if the product is still available or we will refund the total import of your purchase.

If the shipment is returned to our warehouse without being delivered, our costumers can place a new shipment paying again the shipping costs or, if no longer wishes to receive an order, they can request a refund of the purchase amount except for the shipping costs. We will refund the cost of returned goods through the same payment platform used to purchase the order. Shipping costs aren’t refundable, we will only refund the cost of returning damaged / faulty or misordered goods. Once we get the product back, it can take up to 7 days for the refund to be processed.
