At Humboldt Seed Company we manage orders with great discretion. We ship all our items in a standard brown envelope with no indication of its content and with all the necessary protective measures to guarantee the transport is carried out safely and the seeds reach their destination in good condition. There isn't any kind of logos or references to cannabis seeds or Humboldt Seed Company™ in the outside part of the envelope.

 

We only sell and ship to the following countries: 

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the UK.

 

Spain Delivery times

There are different shipping methods available for our costumers ordering from Spain:

  • GLS Bussiness Parcel 24h: the order will be delivered 1 workable day after the package leaves our warehouse. Tracking number available, there will be 2 attempts of deliver.
  • GLS Economy Parcel 24h / 72h: the order will be delivered between 1 and 3 workable days after the package leaves our warehouse. Tracking number available, there will be 2 attempts of deliver.
  • Certified Postal Service: the order will be delivered using Correos certified envelope service and takes between 5 and 7 workable days after the package leaves our store. Tracking number available, there will be only 1 attempt of deliver. It requires signature.

Shipments to Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will only be made using Certified Postal Service (Correos).

 

Rest of Europe delivery times

  • GLS Eurobussines Parcel (estimated delivery time per country):
    • France and Monaco: 1-2 workable days.
    • Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg and Netherlands: 2-3 workable days.
    • Albania, Croacia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Ireland, Poland, United Kingdom (Wales and England): 3-4 workable days.
    • Sweden, Romania : 3-5 workable days.
    • United Kingdom (Scotland and Northern Ireland): 4-5 workable days.
    • Norway: 3-6 workable days.
    • Bulgaria, Greece, Latvia and Malta: 4-5 workable days.
    • Cyprus and Estonia: 5-6 workable days.
    • Finland: 5-7 workable days.
  • Certified Postal Service: depending on country shipment might take between 3 and 20 workable days after the package leaves our store. The order will be delivered using Correos (Spain's Postal Service) certified envelope and your national postal service will manage it once parcel arrive to your country.  Tracking number available, there will be only 1 attempt of deliver. It requires a signature.

 

Does my order have a tracking ID?

You can follow the location and status of your order using the tracking number that we provide when your package has has been shipped. For GLS shipments, you can check the status of the purchase at their site. For Certified Postal Service shippings, you can follow the order using the tracking number at Correos webpage or once it leaves Spain and arrives to your country, you can track it on the website of your local post office using the same tracking number provided.

How long does it take to send an order?

All orders start to be processed, packed and shipped on the next business day after payment confirmation. When purchasing an item, few confirmation emails will be sent from our store and you will be informed when your order is departing our warehouse. You will receive the tracking number of your parcel.

 

My order hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?

If tracking information shows that the order is already in your country and in distribution, but the estimated delivery time has passed, contact your local post office to request delivery is the best option, you will only need the tracking number for it. In case that your order isn't delivered to you for any reason and is returned to our warehouse, once it arrives back to us we will contact you to verify the information and send the parcel back. In some cases the payment of the second shipment fee will be paid by the customer, please see Returns Policy.

 

What happens if I give an incorrect address?

If you give us an incorrect address you should contact us immediately so we can cancel your order and change your address. If your order has already been sent we cannot be held responsible for its whereabouts. Once the shipment is returned to our Office, we will contact you to re-send it.
