Shipping and Payments

How Long Does It Take To Send An Order?

All orders start to be processed, packed and shipped on the next business day after payment confirmation. When purchasing an item, few confirmation emails will be sent from our store and you will be informed when your order is departing our warehouse. You will receive the tracking number of your parcel.

What countries do you sell to?

We sell our products to Austria, Germany, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Holland, Poland. , Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Is The Shipping Discreet?

At Humboldt Seed Company we manage orders with great discretion. We ship all our items in a standard brown envelope with no indication of its content and with all the necessary protective measures to guarantee the transport is carried out safely and the seeds reach their destination in good condition. There isn’t any kind of logos or references to cannabis seeds or Humboldt Seed Company™ in the outside part of the envelope.

Which Payment Methods Are Available?

At Humboldt Seed Company™ we offer different payment methods to our costumers:

  • Credit/Debit card payment
  • Bank transfer

Does My Order Have A Tracking ID?

You can follow the location and status of your order using the tracking number that we provide when your package has has been shipped. For GLS shipments, you can check the status of the purchase at their site. For Certified Postal Service shippings, you can follow the order using the tracking number at Correos webpage or once it leaves Spain and arrives to your country, you can track it on the website of your local post office using the same tracking number provided.

My Order Hasn’t Arrived Yet. What Should I Do?

If tracking information shows that the order is already in your country and in distribution, but the estimated delivery time has passed, contact your local post office to request delivery is the best option, you will only need the tracking number for it. In case that your order isn’t delivered to you for any reason and is returned to our warehouse, once it arrives back to us we will contact you to verify the information and send the parcel back. In some cases the payment of the second shipment fee will be paid by the customer, please see Returns Policy.

How Will My Purchase Appear On My Bank Or Credit Card Statement?

At Humboldt Seed Company™ we know about the importance of the privacy of our costumers, that’s why all transactions will be made under the name of image-1and will not have any relation to cannabis or our brand.

How Much Is Shipping?

All delivery costs will appear during the order process. The cost of delivery is dependent on the weight of your order and the country that your order is being shipped to.

What Happens If I Give An Incorrect Address?

If you give us an incorrect address you should contact us immediately so we can cancel your order and change your address. If your order has already been sent we cannot be held responsible for its whereabouts. Once the shipment is returned to our Office, we will contact you to re-send it.
